TESS is Vice President of Mortgage Lending with Guaranteed Rate.  I'm the person you contact if you're interested in applying for a home loan whether to refinance or purchase.  I will complete your loan application, pre-approve you for a specific loan program, issue to your real estate agent an LSR (Loan Status Report), and lock your interest rate. Please contact me for specific questions concerning fees, interest rate and about your loan program.  All other questions need to be addressed with my loan assistant, Maureen Kintzer.

Maureen is my Loan Assistant.  Maureen is my right hand "woman".  She will collect the loan package and answer status questions regarding your file.  Maureen will at times assist our processing team to submit and clear conditions. 

Processing Team. Our team consist of and Mortgage Consultant and Loan Coordinator.  Jody Johnson is our MC who's main task is to submit your loan for underwriting.  Leah Kuhl is our LC who's main task is to clear conditions so we can close the loan.
